Stan O’Hora Developments was established in 1986 as a small local building service offering all aspects of construction and fitting; from small plastering jobs to loft conversions and extensions. Since then we have grown rapidly throughout the Wirral, Liverpool, North Wales and Cheshire. We pride ourselves on customer focus, working closely with clients, designers & architects to provide a first class building service & experience.

Building
Our experience building houses from the ground up is extensive. We have worked closely with architects and designers in order to produce magnificent houses which have gone on to become perfect homes.
Extensions
Whether you’re building out, up or down; our knowledge and expertise can enable you to realise your perfect extension. Loft conversions, conservatories and en-suites are but a handful of the extensions we can provide.
Interior Fitting
From entire houses to individual rooms, we can provide you with fitting and decoration of the highest standard including plumbing, plastering and wiring. Our recent works include fitting bathrooms and kitchens.
External Fitting
We offer installation of up-to-date energy efficient windows as well as creation of new windows. Guttering, other external fitting such as fascia’s, underfloor heating and door installations are also services we offer.
